Areanet considers highly important the protection of the privacy rights.
By the word privacy we take everything concerns the personal data managements both as safety and private life protection.

Free willing data

Inside some areas of this site visitor's personal information are collected. Every time personal data of the visitors are collected, in the specific area the informative report is supplied and consent statement requested.

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of electronic information (specifically, a string of text) that your browser and your operating system store on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. No personal information of the users is acquired by our site.
We do not use cookies for collecting visitors' personal information and we do not use persistent cookies that may be used to track visitors.

Informative note and Consent statement

The D.Lgs. 196/03 on "Code for personal data protection", from now on simply "Code", ensures that before starting a personal data treatment an informative report has to be supplied to the Data Owner and, where needed, consent statement requested.
The informative note is way with the Holder of the treatment allows the Data Owner to know because there are asked him personal data, which use will be done from it, with which formalities he can protect himself and also express a consent statement.
Subsequently to the informative report the Holder asks the Data Owner, where needed, for the consent about the personal data management. The consent is valid only when freely expressed .

Data Owner's rights

The Law allows all the interested subjects to defend the own "privacy" and to give value in a simple way to their own rights.
It's enough to write to the reference reported into the informative note where the exercise of the rights is cited, to ask which are the personal data preserved by Areanet Srl or to ask for correction or deletion and so on, or in order to apply what in Section 7 of the Law.

Please note, for any legal request the own identity has to be proved with an ID card copy (art. 17, comma 2, D.P.R. n. 501/1998) or with signature certify.
